Nurse Manager

The Practice seeks a Nurse Manager to supervise a staff of 10 in addition to working closely with staff in providing excellent urologic care. Ideal candidate will supervise and manage all necessary functions of patient care including compliance with clinical administrative policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
Active Florida LPN license required. Minimum of 3 years nursing experience
with progressively increasing management/operations expertise needed;
preferably in Urology. Superior leadership style and communication
skills. EMR and Urology experience required.
Certified Medical Coder
Urology Partners mission is to provide the highest level of urologic
care in a caring environment. The practice offers CT and ultrasound
imaging, surgical and endoscopic procedures, full urologic laboratory,
in-house pathology and bladder and incontinence testing under one
roof. We are seeking to add a Certified Medical Coder to our team.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical office environment plus
CMC certification required. Knowledge of insurance claims & regulatory
considerations, ICD-9 & CPT coding, Medicare eligibility criteria,
fee schedules and supplemental plans. Must be a go-getter with a
great attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
as well as organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a timely
manner. Proficient use of related computer operations and applications.
LPN
